Meet Dr. Reggie R. Padin
For more than 18 years, I built and led enterprise learning organizations from inside the business—not as a vendor selling solutions, but as the executive accountable for results.
I carried responsibility for multimillion-dollar budgets, enterprise learning systems, leadership development portfolios, and large, distributed teams. I modernized learning environments while operating legacy platforms. I defended ROI to skeptical CFOs. I led through budget reductions, mergers, and periods of rapid growth. I built corporate universities from the ground up—and corrected those that had lost strategic relevance.
I’ve been in the seat.
Today, through Aimpro Advisory, I work directly with executives facing these same pressures—providing strategic clarity grounded in firsthand accountability, not theory.

Background & Expertise
Executive Leadership Experience
I served as a Chief Learning Officer and Corporate University Dean, with full operational and financial accountability.
My work included:
-
Governing enterprise learning and talent portfolios
-
Designing and launching corporate universities aligned to business strategy
-
Establishing partnerships with accredited MBA programs
-
Leading leadership development, workforce transformation, and digital modernization initiatives

These roles required sustained judgment under scrutiny—not experimentation without consequence.

Learning Systems & Technology Governance
I have governed learning technology portfolios as strategic assets, not collections of tools.
This includes:
-
Designing and building proprietary learning platforms
-
Leading cross-functional development teams delivering at enterprise scale
-
Evaluating and governing emerging technologies with an emphasis on adoption, scalability, and durability
-
Making platform decisions that had to hold operationally, financially, and reputationally
The focus was never novelty. It was fit, resilience, and accountability.
Bilingual & Bicultural Leadership
Raised in a bilingual environment, I bring cultural intelligence that extends well beyond translation.
I have led learning and workforce initiatives across the United States and Latin America, supporting organizations operating across borders, cultures, and languages. I understand how leadership, learning, and change are experienced differently across contexts—and how to design systems that function in practice, not theory.

Philosophy
Learning transformation is not a technology problem.
It is a leadership, strategy, and governance problem.
Advanced platforms fail when they are misaligned with business priorities, unsupported by culture, or disconnected from how people actually work. My approach combines strategic perspective with operational experience—earned through direct accountability.
I do not offer generic frameworks or one-size-fits-all solutions. Every organization operates within real constraints. The value I bring is helping leaders make decisions that work in their context, not in an idealized case study.
Why Aimpro Advisory was Founded
After nearly two decades inside corporations, a persistent gap became clear: Organizations need advisors who have carried responsibility, not consultants who sell frameworks or vendors who push tools.
Too many advisors have never:
-
Owned a budget
-
Led teams through disruption
-
Defended investment decisions to executives
-
Been accountable for outcomes

Aimpro Advisory exists to provide something different:
senior, independent judgment from someone who has sat in the seat, faced the tradeoffs, and built what clients are trying to govern.
Let’s Talk
If you are navigating learning transformation—through AI adoption, technology rationalization, corporate university alignment, or enterprise change—an executive conversation is the appropriate next step.
